Once you have those 7 Roles filled then you will have Graduated from this List and will have to consult specific guides for your needs. The Rankings will be divided by Roles then Class. No Legendaries here but if you pull one as F2P/Low Spender then use them. Ratings will be weighted heavily towards F2P/Low Spend Players so Books and Rarity will be considered due to Cost-Benefit.
